The room was a nice size and well furnished and included tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge. The staff was fabulously helpful, everything was fine. The services were excellent, offered us excellent high speed internet access. The venue's position was central. The hotel was set in a unique area.

Its location not too far from a multi-purpose indoor arena was absolutely perfect and excellent. The airport was 0.5 miles away.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Will definitely stay there again. The hotel held our luggage for us as we were early to check-in and they offered us breakfast before we went sight-seeing. They even held our luggage for use after we checked out which was extremely convenient. Very nice doormen too. Very happy with our stay!!
Not much I didn't like. The beds were not exactly pillow top, but they were still okay to sleep on.

Location - perfect not far from the center of Manhattan, in a quiet street and close to a subway station, the Covinia restaurant, and Times Square and the shopping area. Functional and brand-new room with a safe box, television and a fridge.
Beds were too small.
